Parent Information
Days & Hours of Operation Precious Angels Childcare center will be open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If the parent arrives later than 6:30 p.m. to pick up his or her child, there will be a late charge in order to reimburse teachers for their overtime. Each parent is welcome, and encouraged to contact the administrator or assigned staff member when assistance is needed with concerns that relate to our program. You are encouraged to check, on a daily basis, the parent information bulletin board. This contains information you may need to be aware of. | Parent/teacher conferences are held as needed to discuss your child's progress. Please feel free to discuss any concerns about your child and our program with our staff and / or administrator at any time. Center Delay or Cancellation Each parent will be notified by phone if the center will be delayed in opening, or closed for the day. |

Fee
Fees are due in advance on the first day of the week your child is scheduled to attend. There will not be a reduction in fees if your child is absent. The full weekly fee is due even though your child may not attend all of the scheduled days as contracted for on the enrollment form.
If your child misses an entire week due to an illness, the weekly fee will be reduced by 50% if you provide us with a note from your child's doctor (up to a maximum of two (2) weeks per year). If your child is not absent the full week (but attends one or more days), then you will not qualify for this 50% reduction.
The word "year" is defined as the 12-month period following the date of your child's enrollment. Please do not confuse it with the calendar year.
Holidays
We will be closed on the following holidays: | Holiday Policy The enrollment fee for the week will not be reduced even though we are closed on these holidays. If a holiday falls on the weekend, then please contact the director for information regarding the day of the week that we will be closed. |
Meals
Hot meals are served daily at the center. Our fully balanced meals not only appeal to the children, but also are low in sugar, salt, fats, and artificial preservatives. Any child in attendance entirely between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. shall be served lunch.
Lunch will constitute one-third of the recommended daily allowance. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. each day. Lunches are catered. 
Therefore, if your child is not here by 9:00 a.m., we ask that you call so a lunch may be ordered. If you do not call, please provide your child with his or her lunch.
Breakfast will be served between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. We will also serve a nutritious snack at 3:00 p.m. A menu is posted on the parent information bulletin board, located on the office window.
You may bring in a special treat from home for your child's birthday. We suggest that treats be finger foods (such as cookies, cupcakes, etc.), or foods that are easy for children to pick up and eat independently.
