We operate 3 child care centers located in Parma and Parma Heights.   We  have been in business for 24 years.   In that time, we have had the opportunity to gain the experience that is necessary to provide not only  a safe environment  but one that encourages your child to learn and develop by participating in a wide range of age appropriate activities.  We have served thousands of children over the years.

Our safety record is superb and no child has ever been seriously injured in our care. We have an excellent reputation in the community and most of our parents are referred by friends and local schools.

Our newest Center in Parma Heights will be opened in Sept 09.   Everything is newly constructed.   All of the products used to remodel the center are of the highest quality. From the carpeting, to the lighting, to the furniture, we have spent considerable time and money choosing only the most durable and most functional products. 

Our teachers have friendly personalities and they  possess a sincere desire and interest in working with children.   Unlike most centers that have high staff turnover,  a high percentage of our teachers and directors have been with us for over 5 years and some have been with us for well over 10 years.    Low staff turnover is one of the best indicators of a quality center.   Content employees who are really interested in your child’s well being is the formula we follow. 

Some of our centers are accredited by the STEP UP TO QUALITY  PROGRAM, administered by the Ohio Dept of Jobs and Family Services.   This program requires us to meet higher standards in terms of teacher qualifications, staff/child ratios…than is required of other state licensed child care centers.
